The problem
For decades now since the
advent of modern transportations which require the use of fossil fuels, people
have sought ways to diminish the adverse environmental effects of such fuels.
Global warming points to the massive use of fossil fuels as its major culprit.
Today, the alarming rate at which the earth is warming up has called the
attention of world leaders to pen down steps to undertake to remedy this
disturbing global predicament which, in the long run, could cost us our very existence.
Steps taken
Biofuels, of which biodiesel
is most commonly used, has been extensively researched and developed by experts
funded by multi-billion dollar entities to help curb the growing environmental
problems brought about by the massive use of fossil fuels. These fuels are
derived mainly from organic sources such as plants and animal waste which have
long been known as biomass. Without modifying automobile engines, these
breakthrough fuels have substantially reduced carbon emissions while increasing
engine performance and mileage.
Ultimate solution
For many major oil players,
biofuels could pose a threat to their industry. However, there are certain
entities elsewhere that are developing bio-additives that serve as fuel
economizer which also drastically reduce carbon emissions and engine
vibrations
, saving consumers up to 50% in fuel consumption while also
increasing engine performance.
